Based in the City offering exceptional views of London and the Thames and supporting the hybrid model of 3 office days per week.

Legal Secretary – hybrid working

New Vision Recruitment seeks a Legal Secretary/Team Assistant to join an international law firm in the City of London. This wonderful law firm offers the opportunity for a junior qualified legal secretary to work collaboratively with PA’s, Fee Earners, Partners and Paralegals across multiple practice groups, giving you diverse expose to various areas of law.

Legal Secretary – hybrid working – key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the team with billing, faxing, scanning, printing etc.
  • Assisting with travel requirements, arranging taxis, trains and couriers
  • Assisting the marketing team and with BD and Marketing efficiencies
  • General office administration
  • Building relationships with allocation and team members
  • Assisting with new client/matter inception (using Intapp)
  • Liaising with clients, handling client file opening, and conducting conflict checks.
  • Performing admin duties to various practice groups.
  • Processing expenses and bills. 

We require you to have:

Previous admin experience in a legal environment

IT literate – MS Office High attention to detail

Strong GCSE’S CILEx qualification
