We are recruiting several secretarial roles across property and corporate law and would require strong secretaries with exceptional process driven skills to raise their hand.

Hybrid working is available, alongside on-site parking

Responsibilities:

General administration for 3 partners, assisting with corporate transactions, commercial disputes and employment law Managing all diaries and itineraries Arranging meeting/lunches/dinners Document preparation Legal administration Financial reporting and billing We need from you:

Legal Secretary experience or secretarial support in a professional setting Strong and efficient MS Package/Suite skills High level of attention to detail. Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital audio systems. Ability to work individually as well as part of a team including working to tight deadlines. Location:

Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + benefits package (includes on-site parking)
