Payroll Coordinator – part-time 2 days per week

New Vision Recruitment has partnered up with a leading UK law firm close to Liverpool Street who’re seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator. This wonderful opportunity seeks someone with 2 years’ experience within payroll – ideally from a law firm, but not essential.

As a Payroll Coordinator on a part-time basis for 15 hour per week in total, duties would be to ensure efficient payroll, benefits, and pension processing.

  • Overall responsibility for accurate and timely monthly payroll preparation, liaising with our external payroll preparation company to achieve this.
  • Ability to pull reports; must have excellent experience using Excel
  • Accurate record-keeping for Audits each year.
  • Accurate invoicing Additional payroll tasks Managing all administration for Pension and Benefits team

As a Payroll Coordinator you will be energetic with clear communication skills. You will have strong attention detail with strong numeracy and Excel skills. You will have the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders and have a strong understanding of Payroll and Benefits.

Payroll Coordinator – part-time 2 days per week

Your primary objective is to manage all input and checking of payroll, deliver pension processes, manage monthly and annual benefits payments, and handle all related queries effectively and efficiently.

2 years’ experience minimum is required to be considered for this position.
